This is the second car I’ve bought from LR Chesterfield and I will always go to them for my new car. The Sales personnel, in particular Ryan Matthews and Danielle Hoult were brilliant. The purchase wasn’t without its issues which I don’t fully believe was Chesterfields fault but more so where the car was transported from as they clearly hadn’t aligned with Land Rovers Approved policy. These issues were identified following delivery and for me the most important part of a dealer is how they look after you post delivery. This is where Chesterfield and in particular the 2persons mentioned above and Chris, their master technician, shone. They worked tirelessly to get the problem sorted and return the car to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used or new LR product. There are still a couple of issues to be resolved that I know with full confidence will be sorted when I return from holiday. This is what I love about the people at this dealership as they look to resolve problems not fob them off. Fingers crossed the problems are fixable as I love my new car but I am satisfied that however it looks I will be well looked after and everything possible will be done. They must be good as I drove 2hrs from Lincolnshire to get the car and always take it back there for any work to be done.
